First of all I would like to say that you’ve made an excellent choice. I also would like to be the first to welcome you to the student life of Uppsala!

Here in the university city an exciting future awaits you. You will meet new people and make lots of new friends, at your faculty, in your corridor and last but not least at your Nation. Your education is of course important; it’s after all the reason you are here. But I dare to promise that at least as important is your social education for life. You can’t get that in the lecture room, but it is for you to find here at Västgöta Nation.
